Skanska Hungary and CETIN Hungary enter into a cooperation to support real estate development
CETIN Hungary strengthens its presence in the real estate sector with another important partnership agreement. The independent, integrated telecommunications infrastructure provider has entered into a strategic agreement with Skanska Magyarország Ingatlan Kft., the Hungarian subsidiary of one of the world’s leading real estate developers and contractors.
The two companies started their cooperation last year. Within this framework, the internal antenna system supplying the entire building complex was designed with an innovative solution developed by CETIN in the buildings of H2Offices. H2Offices received two awards in 2023. It was also chosen as the office development of the year and the domestic real estate investment transaction of the year at the Property Awards 2023. The two companies have now raised this successful cooperation to a strategic level.
The purpose of the agreement is to jointly encourage the development and spread of the most advanced basic digitalization infrastructures related to domestic real estate developments, thereby providing the widest possible access to the benefits of digitalization.
Skanska Ingatlan Magyarország Kft., established as Skanska’s first Central and Eastern European subsidiary, has more than thirty years of experience in the Hungarian market in the field of construction, commercial real estate development, residential real estate and infrastructure development.
