This is the 11th time that Lidl is helping shelter animals
Lidl Hungary’s 11th Full Bowl campaign, launched by the supermarket chain on the occasion of World Animal Day, has ended successfully. The goal was once again to draw attention to responsible animal husbandry and to contribute to the feeding of animals with a difficult fate. More than 5,500 people joined the announced game, and as part of the initiative, the company together with its customers donated more than 5,000 kg of pet food to the NOÉ Animal Shelter Foundation.
Lidl Hungary is committed to responsible animal husbandry, as evidenced by the fact that it has now announced its Telitálka campaign for the 11th time. As part of a game launched on the occasion of World Animal Day, the discount chain’s social media followers were expecting photos of four-legged pets. The goal was to collect 500 pictures so that Lidl could contribute HUF 3,000,000 worth of pet food to feeding the residents of the NOÉ Animal Foundation. The popularity of the game is indicated by the fact that significantly more than expected, a total of 5,700 pictures of dogs and cats, were received. In the end, more than 5,000 kg of pet food went to the small animals from the amount collected, that is, each uploaded image meant almost 1 kg of food for the cats and dogs.
