Here are the winning bonbons of the Gyula Pálinka Festival
The “Pálinkás Bonbon of the Year” competition was held in Gyula for the third time.
143 entries were submitted to the competition, of which the jury awarded the best delicacies with gold, silver and bronze awards. The results were announced on June 7.
The MyChoccy Chocolate Factory in Budapest entered the competition with 10 bonbons in 2 categories, of which it won 4 gold medals and 6 silver medals!
The category winner, the “Best Craft Bonbon Made with Spirits” award, was also won by MyChoccy Chocolate Factory’s “Gin Soirée” bonbon, which was made with gin from the Sáppuszta Pálinka Distillery.
According to Vanya Vivien, one of the company’s owners, the category-winning bonbon draws attention with its unique appearance alone. In the fillings, the refreshing complexity of gin, the bitter, citrusy aroma of Yuzu Soju, and the deep richness of dark chocolate provide a sophisticated taste experience.
MyChoccy Chocolate Manufactory has managed to prove that serious success can be achieved by using quality ingredients, continuous innovation, and hard work.
