llegal hamburger plant in Göd
Finance and food safety inspectors dismantled an illegal hamburger plant on Thursday, following a public announcement.
The plant was in the basement of a functioning meat shop, in Göd, Pest County – said dr. Hajós Ádám, Pest county’s chief veterinarian.
The inspectors found several hundred kilograms of rotten meat in the basement – unable for human consumption – animal offal, including finished hamburgers, spices and production tools – said dr. Helik Ferenc, deputy chief veterinarian of Budapest and Pest County, who led the inspections – reports Origo.
