The 2nd Green Gastronomy – Marketing Communications Workshop is jointly organised by the HoReCa and Green Sections of the Hungarian Marketing Association (MMSZ) within the framework of the SIRHA Budapest 2026 trade show.

Through professional presentations and panel discussions, the programme will showcase how a green approach – and the way it is communicated – can become a real competitive advantage. Topics will include sustainability innovations in Hungarian tourism, partnership models, practical solutions and how to communicate them. Special attention will be given to ethical gastronomy and how to avoid greenwashing. Participants will hear first-hand about crisis-resilient hospitality strategies and award-winning best practices. The workshop also provides space for startups to introduce themselves, bringing fresh perspectives in times of economic challenges. Experts will discuss credible tools for green communication through concrete examples.
