This is how Hungary can win in the competition for foreign workers
Legally employed Asian workers are currently arriving in Hungary en masse, and the rate of growth may become even faster in the coming years. However, the recruitment and retention of foreign workers is increasingly difficult in the current market environment, since the countries of the Middle East, Far East and Western Europe are also happy to see a reliable workforce willing to work. In this huge competition, the attractiveness of our country is positively influenced by several factors, one of the most important of which is that employers and qualified temporary staffing companies can make Hungary attractive and constantly build the country’s image as an employer abroad.
Many countries are competing for heavy-duty and reliable labor both at the European and global level. A workforce that wants to work and is able to make a long-term commitment is especially valuable in countries where there is a sectoral or general labor shortage and companies can no longer find domestic workers for the given positions. The role of qualified labor hire companies in this world market competition has become extremely valuable. There is a lot of competition for Asian labor at the European level as well, but the countries of the Far East and the Middle East also regularly recruit from Asia, and based on market information, several countries in Europe bring in large numbers of workers from this region of the world.
