Future consumers more conscious and older
Ákos Kozák, managing director of GfK Hungária spoke about global consumer trends appearing in Hungary. Future consumers are expected to be far more conscious and their opinions will have infinitely more influence than in the past. As typical consumers are getting older, communication also needs to be modified. In the west, communication has already become interactive.
