Lips that brave the weather
Lip care product sales are characterised by seasonality because the autumn and winter periods make lips more vulnerable – we learned from Viktória Tantics, brand manager with Beiersdorf Kft. Szilvia Papp, the brand manager of Target Sales Group added that lips’ health is important irrespective of seasons – they need to be hydrated and soft to be able to resists the negative effects of weather. Zoltán Kiss, commercial director of Creative World Kft. told that more and more often conscious shoppers decide which product to buy based on ingredients. Beiersdorf offers a large selection of Labello products, from the classic version to SPF 30 lip balm. Moisturiser products such as Labello Classic, Hydro Care and Soft Rosé are the most popular. This year’s new product is Labello Lip Butter, which is available in dm stores. Target Sales Group Kft. is the distributor of Blistex lip balms in Hungary. Blistex Lip Relief’s special formula soothes and nourishes the skin, and can also be used when one has herpes simplex as it has anti-inflammatory effect. The product’s Classic Lip Relief SPF 10 version contains vitamin E, aloe vera and chamomile. Lip Brilliance moisturises the lips perfectly and guarantees that they are soft and shiny. Creative World Kft.’s Himalaya Herbals lip care balms are 100-percent natural origin, with no synthetic agents such as petroleum, artificial colouring or preservatives. Carefully selected herbal ingredients ensure efficient lip protection and care. Last year the company appeared in shops with the SPF 30 waterproof and the strawberry (which contain only natural colouring) lip balms.
