Seasonal season: quantity and quality are also important in the harvest
Cherries, peaches, currants, tomatoes, peppers – fruits and vegetables are slowly ripening at the producers in Hungary as well, so now it is even more important when we choose which one. The Agrármarketing Centrum (AMC) and the FruitVeB Hungarian Fruit and Vegetable Interprofessional Organization and Product Council drew attention to the importance of consuming seasonal vegetables and seasonal fruits at the VOLT festival. The audience can taste cherries at the event, as well as learn about the beneficial effects of cherries. The aim of the promotion is to get as many fresh products as possible from producers, thus helping the industry. During the summer season, AMC draws attention to the importance of consuming seasonal fruits at several festivals.
