The Paprika Festival of Kalocsa to be held this year in the new Archbishop Garden
The series of cultural events, the Paprika Festival will be held in the renewed Érsekkert (Archbishop Garden) on 16 and 17 September – the organizers told MTI.
Magóné Tóth Gyöngyi main organizer, director of the Kalocsa Cultural Center and Library reminded that the pepper festival aims to promote the herbs, the quality pepper and growing traditions, the historic past of the thousand-year-old archbishop town, its gastronomy, paprika dishes and Kalocsa folk art heritage.
