School start costs 48,000 for a lower grade this year
The average cost for the schoolstart of students in a lower lower grade in 2018 was 48,000 forints, and for seniors 61,000 forints, according to the joint survey of Bónusz Brigád and GKI Digital.
According to an analysis sent to MTI on Thursday, expenditure on higher education institutions was even higher: 68 thousand for the former and 84 thousand forints for the latter.
66 percent bought paper stationery in hypermarkets, 38 percent from local paper shops, and 30 percent chose larger paper stationery networks. (MTI)
