This year, the turnover of pine may increase to 15 billion HUF
Christmas pine trees are already arriving at the points of sale, the turnover of which may increase to 15 billion HUF this year from about 12 billion HUF of last year, the increase is explained not only by the increase in average prices but also by the increase in the proportion of artificial pines, MTI said.
Boross Dávid explained that, similarly to last year, 2-2.2 million cut pines are expected to be sold in the country this year as well. More and more people are looking for pine pines, the sales of which could rise to 15-20 thousand after last ten thousand pieces, and they can also sell 100 thousand more artificial pines, about 300 thousand.
