Tourism cooperation between Debrecen and Miskolc

Debrecen and Miskolc will cooperate in order to increase tourism in the sector benefitting from the opening of the airport in Debrecen – announced the mayors of the two cities at the press conference followed their meeting on Friday in Debrecen.

Kósa Lajos (Fidesz-KDNP), mayor of Debrecen said: Wizz Air’s flight that will start on June 18, between Debrecen and London-Luton can boost tourism in the region. They calculate that the airport’s current annual traffic will increase from 30 to 80 thousand, due to the start of this flight – reports MTI.
