Frozen pancakes from Mosonszolnok

The Cool Foods Kft. created a food plant in Mosonszolnok with a 80 million HUF investment.

The plant that specialized for manufacturing pastas will soon give work to twelve employees. The trial production of frozen pancakes has already started – Ember Sándor, part-owner of the company told MTI.

According his description the company owned by Hungarian-owners carried out the investment from own-funds, bank loan and grant funds. The cooking technology of the plant allows to produce 1500-2000 pancakes per hour. Currently they are producing pancakes in three sweet flavors and two kinds of salt savory stuffed pancakes. The products do not contain preservatives and can be consumed even for two to three weeks. (MTI)
