Carrefour starts straight-to-fridge food delivery in France
Carrefour is currently testing food delivery into the homes of shoppers. As part of a pilot project, customers need to install a smart lock from Assa Abloy, Carrefour’s partner in the project, and then those who order via the Carrefour web shop can choose delivery directly to the fridge. The delivery driver can unlock the lock – during the pre-announced delivery time slot – and put the products in the fridge.
