Twenty-four tons of unmarked potatoes were destroyed
Twenty-four tons of completely unmarked potatoes were seized by the National Food Chain Security Office (NÉBIH); The consignment was destroyed – the authority told MTI on Friday.
According to the information, the staff of the NAV’s South Budapest Tax and Customs Directorate inspected a truck with a Polish license plate; traceability identification mark was not indicated on the products nor the pallets, neither the bags or in the shipping document. (MTI)
