Twenty thousand visitors are expected to the pálinka festival
The pálinka festival in Újszilvás begins on Saturday. Twenty thousand visitors and almost forty cooking teams are expected. This year’s guest of honor are the Alföldi Tej, and hungaricums that were also invited to the event.
The traditional celebrations will not be compromised by the rain, because a large several thousand-seat tent was also set up, oppositer to the big stage.
The pálinka celebration will be held on the Festival Square (Old Market Square) on Saturday and Sunday, with accompanying series of programs both days. (MTI)
