The Lidl increases the salaries of its employees by 20 percent
In line with the Government's efforts, the Lidl Magyarország performs the largest wage increase in the commercial sector.
As the first step of the 2016 development process, the wages of the company’s blue-collar workers increased by 5 percent from 1 March and by an additional 15 percent from 1 July throughout the country. The chain in the 2016 marketing year invests 1.2 billion HUF into the support of employees, in addition, recommends to define the minimum wage of workers in commercial trade.
