Hungarian egg production is continuous, and supermarket chains are also supplied with eggs, and there is no reason for panic buying.
“The Hungarian egg production is continuous, in close cooperation with the supermarket chains, the egg supply of the Hungarian population will be assured, before Easter there will be fresh Hungarian eggs on the shelves of the shops. Hungarian producers are well prepared and adapted to the current circumstances caused by the coronavirus” – Szép Imre, president of the Egg Association said.
