The owner of Húsvasaló is certainly not lacking in commitment. This commitment has now been brought from Szekszárd to Budapest in the shape of this new restaurant. Only fresh ingredients are used in the kitchen, mainly from the south-western region of the country. They also have a number of specialities like home made fruit jam and syrup. The wine assortment focuses on the Szekszárd region with 80 wines by 12 winemakers.
