One of the best restaurants in New York will be meat-free
One of New York’s most upscale restaurants has announced that it will be phasing out meat dishes and switching to exclusively plant-based dishes.
The chef of Eleven Madison Park, a three-Michelin-star restaurant in Manhattan, Daniel Humm, argued on the restaurant’s website that “the modern food system is simply unsustainable.” (MTI)
