Meat Academy training from Tesco
Tesco launched a training programme that stands alone in Hungary: Meat Academy regularly educates Tesco staff working behind the meat counter. The main objective is to raise the level of service. More than 200 employees already participated in the course and both the level of service and customer satisfaction significantly improved. The programme is 14-weeek long and aims at developing skills in the following areas: product placement, product knowledge, cooking/usage methods, service, quality assurance, storage, product handling and hygiene procedures.
