Goose feather and the goose liver may become Hungarikums

The new legislation will declare goose feather and the goose liver as Hungarikums – turned out at the consultations between the Poultry Product Council (BTT) and the Ministry of Rural Development (VM) – reports agromonitor.hu.

The parliament is expected to discuss the law over Hungarikums in early December. According to the Poultry Product Council; the goose feather and the goose liver will both be declared as Hungarikums in the first round.
