The price of arabica coffee fluctuates sharply
According to a report of Világgazdaság, the price of arabica coffee is on a real roller coaster, having risen from a 13-year low last year to 20 percent in the first month of 2020, according to origo.
The Arabic coffee price movement did not really catch people’s attention until 2011, but due to a Brazilian weather anomaly, the arabica’s price suddenly jumped to 380 USD per pound, and this was only reinforced by the growing popularity of coffee in Asia. (origo)
