HOVENTISSIMA
Between 11 and 14 October Hoventa, the international hotel, restaurant, catering and gastro-technological trade exhibition is waiting for visitors at the Hungexpo fair centre with more programmes than ever before. Bocuse d’Or Hungary Selection will probably generate the biggest interest among visitors, being the Hungarian final of the world’s most prestigious chef competition. Hoventa will also host the regional final of pizza maker competition, Giropizza d’Europa. Domestic competitions will include Confectioner of the Year and Junior Confectioner of the Year. The Hungarian leg of bartenders’ MONIN Cup 2011 will be organised for the first time. ‘World of Wines’ will be waiting for visitors on 140m² with professional presentations and tasting sessions. At the Medical Wellness Island wellness hotels will inform visitors about their services, while at the Trend Island the latest hotel room interiors will be presented. Enterprise Europe and the Győr-Moson-Sopron County Chamber of Commerce and Industry will organise a businesspersons’ meeting. There will be a conference on public catering and the interior design section of the Chamber of Hungarian Architects will present their professional interior design solutions to hotel and catering experts. On the last day water and energy utilisation and facility management will be discussed. HOVENTA will be more international than last year, with exhibitors from Poland, Germany, Italy, Serbia, the Czech Republic, Turkey, Austria and France.
