Foreign trade turnover increased in November
According to the Central Statistical Office (KSH); after a 13 month decline, foreign trade turnover increased again, in last November. Export increased by 2.7, while import by 1.1 percent, compared to the same period, of the previous year.
Between January and November 2009, export decline was 13.4, while import decrease was 19.2 percent. Until November, 4194 million euros surplus was generated in the trade balance.
The price level measured in Hungarian Forint, increased by 3 percent in export and 2 percent in import, in the first eleven months of 2009, so the exchange rate improved by 1 percent – reports Világgazdaság Online.
