Hershey can buy Kraft Foods
The Hershey can make a bid of 17.9 billion USD next week, for British Cadbury, baffling the buying intentions of Kraft Foods. The Hershey will finance the acquisition partly by loan, partly by private investors and the issuing of shares.
The Hershey on Friday stated; that the company could finance the acquisition of Cadbury and the next week is likely to make an offer for the British confectionery industry giant – reports The Wall Street Journal. The offer can reach 17.9 billion USD, which excesses Kraft Foods’s 17.2 billion USD takeover bid – reports Portfolio.hu.
