Better start the day with breakfast!
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. On one hand, at least 8-10 hours pass between dinner and waking up in the morning, without food or liquid.
You would think that we do not need energy during the night, while sleeping, but our body is constantly working at night. The vital functions such as breathing, blood circulation are processes that require energy such as an afternoon walk. Of course, the essential living processes do not consume sufficient amount of energy as the activities carried out during the day, but we need to refill the energy used during the night.
The ideal time for breakfast is between 7-8 am. It is important to try every day to eat about the same time. This applies to all of our meals.
