Shortage of professions: the printing industry is showing a way out
On Wednesday, the new practical workshop of Alföldi Nyomda Zrt. Was handed over in Debrecen, which is an important milestone in the training of the printing profession, which is struggling with a large labor shortage. The sector’s innovative problems can also be alleviated by an innovative pilot project launched by the Printing and Paper Industry Association (FEDPRINT), which has already led to a great deal of collaboration. The model could even address the labor problems of other shortage occupations.
