Her-Trade Kft. has been active since 1993 and it is a family business in Hungarian ownership. One of the company’s specialties is providing partners with fresh chicken and turkey products. István Schulcz, owner and managing director of Her-Trade Kft. is proud of the fact that they are working with more than 400 partners. Their main buyers are grocery shops, restaurants and public institutions. The managing director reckons that the workforce shortage is a problem. He added that there isn’t enough fresh poultry produced domestically to satisfy the market need. Her-Trade Kft. believes that the way forward is serving partners better and entering the HoReCa segment.//
