Tesco’s online ordering system has been restored
Tesco’s online ordering system was restored after the chain’s full online order processing system in Central Europe was stopped on Thursday forenoon and there was a disruption in serving online customers, the company told MTI.
The system was stabilized on Thursday night and the reason for the system shutdown was investigated.
According to the announcement, because of the stop, they did not have access to the order data, so they could not even inform the buyers about the expected cancellation of the order. Customers who are affected by this problem will be compensated by Tesco. (MTI)
