Helix: New employer approaches are needed globally
The power-centric, past practice of employers has suffered many shocks in the last few years, and the usual system has become essentially unsustainable in the current circumstances, said György Dudás, head of Helix’s corporate consulting business. At the same time, there are jobs where the conditions expected of office workers simply cannot be provided, which not only further destroys their attractiveness, but even unreasonably opens up the scissors among certain groups of employees in the company. There is no instant solution, but this situation requires more conscious operation than ever before, which in turn has effective tools.
