Hungary is 43rd in the Human development index rankings
The human development index (HDI), is an index, measuring a broader well-being, than GDP, because it consist living indicators in addition to expressing the value of life expectancy through public health and includes knowledge rate.
According to the rankings it is best to live in Norway, and the worst in Niger. Norway is followed by Australia and Iceland the tail-enders together with Niger are Afghanistan and Sierra Leone. Canada, Ireland, Netherlands, Sweden, France, Switzerland and Japan are in the top ten. Hungary is the 43rd on the list, roughly aligned with Estonia, Poland and Slovakia. Among the central European region states, Slovenia and the Czech Republic, preceded us – reports Pénzcentrum.hu.
