Domestic distillates in the center: the II. Árpád Párlat Cocktail Competition was a huge success.
The II. Árpád Párlat Cocktail Competition, organized by the Hungarian Árpád Pálinka Manufaktúra for the second time, exceeded all expectations. The number of applicants in the history of Hungarian cocktail competitions was uniquely high compared to previous years, so instead of the planned 10, 12 bartenders were able to present their creations in the finals.
The event was full of great atmosphere, fantastic cocktails were made and the new unique gin product line of the Árpád Pálinka Manufaktúra was also a great success. You could enter the competition with cocktail recipes based on special ginger, mandarin and coffee distillates from the Árpád Pálinka Manufactory. Another condition was that the completed recipes were unique and, more importantly, could be reproduced at home.
The competition is not only intended to show the versatility of the distillate, but also that the drinks of the Hungarian pálinka manufactory have a worthy place in the world’s cocktail culture. It is interesting that the distillates of the Árpád Pálinka Manufaktúra have now gained a national reputation and are used as ingredients for special cocktails in many bars and restaurants, so the invitation presented the bartenders’ imagination with new challenges.
