Hay Group: Hungarians earn well
According to the survey of Hay Group; the Hungarian employees receive the third-highest compensation package among the former socialist countries – only the Czech Republic and Russia is ahead of Hungary.
Among the former socialist countries, employees receive wages and fringe benefits higher only in the Czech Republic and in Russia – the Poles, Slovaks, Romanians and the workers of the Baltic States, receive less than in Hungary.
In Hungary, the fringe benefit is a slight bit more than one third of the total allowance. It is a very high proportion on the world market, Hungary is on the 16th place in this global competition – reports Népszabadság Online.
