The availability of retail cash withdrawals can be significantly expanded, it will be possible to withdraw HUF 150,000 per month at post offices, the Ministry of National Economy (NGM) told MTI on Thursday.
In the announcement, they remind that from February 2014, the public can withdraw cash from ATMs twice a month, up to a total of HUF 150,000, free of charge. In order for citizens to have the opportunity to use free cash withdrawals as widely as possible, the Ministry of National Economy has submitted a motion to amend. The proposal aims to make free cash withdrawals available at post offices in the future.
