SPAR buys 60 filling station shops in Switzerland
SPAR Switzerland has expanded its presence in Switzerland with the acquisition of 60 Avia filling station stores from Store Service AG; the purchase came into effect as of 2021. SPAR already had 16 stores at Avia petrol stations across the country. Store Service AG employs about 550 people and all of them retained their positions following the acquisition.
