A merchant from Újfehértó broke the lock of the authorities and re-tagged apples
A merchant from Újfehértó broke into a warehouse sealed by the authorities and re-tagged 14 tons of apples that were waiting to be destroyed – the National Tax and Customs Office (NAV) told MTI on Wednesday.
Magyar Róbert press officer of NAV in Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg county added that the company did not have any records of the distributed food, so fruits with different origins were mixed. The origin of the re- labeled products cannot be identified.
