You will have an impact on the world – CETIN Hungary has launched an employer branding campaign
The short video at the heart of the campaign shows what our everyday lives would be like without mobile infrastructure.
CETIN Hungary is Hungary’s first mobile telecommunications infrastructure provider. The company owns and operates one of Hungary’s most significant telecommunications networks: around 4,050 base stations across the country and the associated active and passive infrastructure. The company is one of the most important players in operating the background of our digital lifestyle today, but beyond its own business target group, it is less known to the wider public – and potential employees. In addition, the company is most often looking for employees in professions where competition between companies is extremely strong, not only domestically but also internationally.
CETIN Hungary therefore decided that more intensive employer branding was needed, the aim of which was to increase awareness and present the company’s activities and role among its employee target groups.
Based on CETIN’s internal research, employees highlight the company’s strengths as the visible results of their work, its social utility – without the company’s work, telecommunications would cease to exist – and the professional challenges that require solving complex problems. They are further motivated by the supportive professional community, the innovative approach, teamwork and knowledge sharing, and the inclusive, friendly atmosphere.
The short video at the heart of the campaign, made with live actors and animation techniques, also builds on these findings. Through one day, an average person, Gábor, illustrates what our usual, everyday digital life would be like without the mobile telecommunications infrastructure, and also presents the employer values represented by CETIN Hungary.
