Six Hungarian Chefa gradueted at Ecole Lenotre Chef Academy

The students of the Academy, organised by Ecole Lenotre and Cegos, had a strictly two day exam in practice.

 Every chefs has to cook one cold or
warm appetiser and a French and Hungarian main menu from the 60 learn
foods learned in frame of the Chef Academy 2008. The member of jurey
were:

Jean-Bernard Fichepain (École
Lenôtre), Kálmán Kalla , Sándor Facsar and
László Ruprecht, the president of the exam was János
Dr. Kiss.

Educatio CulinArtist degree won:
Zoltán Antal (Restaurant Kakas), Tamás Császár
(Mercure Budapest Korona), Judit Doktorits-Neubauer (Villa Medici),
Péter Grubits (Novotel Székesfehérvár),
Csaba Hegedűs (KIPEX) and Gábor Szilágy (Novotel
Budapest Danube). Mr. Szilagyi also won a 2 days trip to Paris, and
he was invited to visit École Lenotre, its restaurant and
Café.

This year Educatio CulinArtist
organised the Chef Acadamy again, but also 9 small coursed are
planned, for example about wakuum cooking, apperteisers or desserts.
