The Free Gluten-free Bakery won the gluten-free bread and pastry competition
Last year’s gluten-free bread and pastry competition, which was a great success, was organized again this year, accompanied by a special collaboration.
In 2022, the first national gluten-free bread and pastry competition was announced with the cooperation of professional organizations (Hungarian Celiac Association, Magyarok Kenyere, National Chamber of Agricultural Economy – NAK, MAGOSZ, Amurex GM-Hungary, Pesti Barnabás Élélmiszeripari Szakközépskola). For domestic gluten-free producers and food manufacturers, the call for competition represents a new incentive for innovation, an opportunity to introduce themselves, and also a call to attention for the ever-expanding group of people suffering from health problems, the celiacs.
