Three thousand kilograms of Debrecen pair at this year’s Zamat festival

In three days, a total of three thousand kilograms of Debrecen pairs of sausages will be awaiting the visitors to the 7th Zamat Festival to the Grand Forest – the organizers told at the event’s press conference in Debrecen.

Széles Diána, Deputy Major, responsible for the Tourism in Debrecen, recalled that the Debrecen pair codex was made three years ago, with the original recipe of the Debrecen pairs of sausages.
The local restaurants signing the codex have all undertaken to produce and offer the sausages only in line with the original recipe – she added. (MTI)
