The Michelin-recommended Szarvas bistro is introducing three new menu items
The Michelin Guide Bib Gourmand-recommended Újváros Bistro in Szarvas has been renewed with three new tasting menus.
The “Innen”, “Onnan” and “Mindenhonnan” menus were created by chef Zoltán Piltz based on local ingredients, Hungarian traditions and international flavours. “Something can be delicious, creative, affordable and also work in the countryside” – emphasized co-owner Szilvia Szinné Pusztai.
The aim of the renewal is to make guests part of not just a meal, but a memorable gastronomic journey in Szarvas. The offer is one of the significant renewals since the Michelin recommendation.
