Dreher Breweries strengthens with three new senior managers

Áron Berkes comes to the position of HR Director of Dreher with more than 16 years of management experience. He started his career at DHL, then was responsible for the HR area of ​​Schneider Electric at the national and later regional levels. In recent years, he has held the positions of HR Director first at Vodafone and then at United Consult Zrt. His predecessor, Éva Kreiter, continues her career as HR Director of Asahi UK after a 13-year career at Dreher.

Bartek Grzęda joined Asahi in 2012 at the Polish Kompania Piwowarska, and then gained experience in various financial areas. He then served as a financial business partner manager at Ursus in Romania, where he managed a large team. He comes to Budapest from Prague, where he was a strategic project manager at Asahi Europe & International (AEI). He replaces József Bartek Bai, who has since been appointed CFO for the EMEA region of the group.

Rácz András

After an international career spanning nearly two decades, András Rácz returned to Hungary as Director of Integrated Supply Chain at Dreher. He started his career at Pécsi Brewery and has held various roles at Carlsberg in several countries since 2008. His expertise spans the entire supply chain: he is particularly strong in the areas of brewing, brewing, quality assurance, technical and new product development project management and leading large, diverse teams. The grandiose, 100 billion forint investment program of Dreher Breweries continues under his professional supervision.
