The HR teams of three countries are managed by JYSK’s Hungarian regional manager
Ági Nyeste joined the Hungarian JYSK team as an HR Business Partner in 2016, and after a short time continued in the position of HR Manager. After that, his career continued to rise rapidly, and as Head of HR this September, he manages the teams of three countries – Hungary, Austria and Greece – at the regional level. JYSK’s flexible and family-friendly support also contributed to her professional success in recent years, as she now not only has to hold her own in a leadership position, but also as a mother of two young children.
The specialist has been working in HR for 12 years, he has been strengthening the JYSK team since 2016, at that time he supported the Regio 1st team and regional managers with his work as an HR Business Partner. In 2018, she advanced to the position of HR manager, from which she went on maternity leave 8 months later. The company assured him from the first minute that they would welcome him back, and a year later, in September 2019, he resumed work in his previous position.
