Three + one things we didn’t know about Marco Rossi
Marco Rossi’s name has become synonymous with the Hungarian national football team in recent years. The Italian master has been leading the home team since 2018, but he has been living in Hungary for more than eleven years, as he previously managed the Budapest Honvéd FC team. The captain of the national team has many loves: he is a fan of his wife and soccer, he drinks 5-6 cups of coffee a day and has a particularly sweet tooth. Now we’re going to show you what makes Rossi’s heart beat and uncover the master’s special habits.
It’s obvious to everyone in any picture taken of the master that Rossi is a fan of jewelry. In addition to his many bracelets, a tricolor ring in red, white, and green colors stands out. Rossi and his very dear friend – who is also Italian by blood and owns a restaurant in Budapest – had this ring made together for their birthday, in which the Italian flag is inlaid with small, colorful stones, and Rossi also likes it because it’s just a matter of perspective, who is which nation he thinks he can discover his flag in it: Hungarian or Italian. Among the many bracelets, one stands out from the others: after the 2020 EC, the staff of the Hungarian national team surprised Rossi with a silver bracelet engraved with the words “Ria, Ria, Hungaria”.
