The number of customer calls at Cofidis increased by a third in May

Cofidis’ new customer service in Nyíregyháza and in Budapest received more than 30,000 customer calls, 30 percent more than in the months before the coronavirus pandemic, the financial service provider told MTI.
In April and May, the new Nyíregyháza customer service, which opened with 29 employees, played a key role in customer contact: the rural center in Budapest, established to strengthen the central customer service with 150 employees, was involved in handling telephone customer inquiries.
Cofidis, which operates in the retail loan market, plans to further expand its headquarters in its office in Nyíregyháza by the end of the year. (MTI)
