Europeum shopping center soon to be opened
The Europeum shopping center opens in Budapest on the 14th of April. Ninety percent of the three-storey commercial facility has already been leased – said Vincze Anna, director of the mall on Wednesday.
The Courtyard by Mariott hotel, with underground parking opened in spring 2010 in the 31 thousand square meter, nine billion HUF complex of Ablon Group. The 6,500-square-meter shopping center was created as the part of the investment.
Ninety percent of the 5300 square-meter rentable area has already been released. Major tenants are Hennes & Mauritz fashion, Müller drugstore, the Deichmann shoe, the Yves Rocher cosmetics, a Samsonite, the Illy Café and Central Casino – reports tozsdeforum.hu.
