The Váci1 soon to be ready

The construction of the Váci1 business center, situated in the Vörösmarty square came to its final phase. This is Hungary's largest historical commercial real estate development of the recent years.

“In the estate the engineering and conversion work has been completed, and the evolving of the tenant units can begin. The opening is scheduled to be on the 13th of October” – announced Kalapács Kornél, Hungarian leader of the developer the Orco Group. The building beside 1,800 square meters of historic area has 16,700 square meters of modern space as well – reports Világgazdaság Online.
