Faint optimism at the SMEs
The K&H SME confidence index which measures the expectations of the domestic SMEs still not show a clear direction.
The first quarter brought growth, than in the second quarter a fall occurred, now the index is improving once again. The optimistic attitude can be mainly explained by the more optimistic mood of the businesses in case of economic policies, charges and corporative lending rates. Meanwhile, the expectations in connection with costumers have deteriorated significantly as a result of increased payment deadlines, now they are close to the low point of 2008.
